The General Assembly is the primary decision-making body of the Green Party of California (GPCA) and consists of delegates from each active county organization recognized by the GPCA. The General Assembly generally meets twice a year and the role of the General Assembly is described in Article 4-1 of the GPCA Bylaws.
The Delegate distribution among counties is calculated annually based on the number of Greens registered in each county, applicable to the delegates with terms ending June 30, 2026 (2025-2026).
